You will be instrumental in setting up button molding processes in Groningen, contributing to the development of life-changing medical solutions.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and execute modeling processes for materials on-site, playing a key role in the creation of base polymer materials

Mix monomers and polymers, operate lath cutting machinery, and ensure the correct polymer formation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites to facilitate equipment establishment and transfer knowledge to operators

Requirements :

Experience in process development, particularly in molding and curing processes, with a hands-on mentality

Strong background in the medical device industry, including GMP, design control, and documentation writing

Proficiency in process characterization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement techniques
