As a Business Analyst at this organization, you will work together with your colleagues in the client contact team to translate business requirements into Features, Epics, and User Stories. You are the main point of contact for all business stakeholders regarding data and analytics questions. You work with various departments and try your best to meet all requirements. In this role, you are the connecting factor between data engineers and business users. After an onboarding period, you will independently manage large projects and develop yourself towards a senior position.

Please note : This position is only available for Dutch-speaking candidates due to stakeholder communication requirements.

You will work together with your colleagues to ensure the further development of data and improve quality and performance. You are the valued point of contact for all business lines regarding data questions. You work with various stakeholders and try to meet all requirements as best as possible. However, you sometimes have to disappoint people. You oversee the various interests and stand firm in your position. In this role, you are the connecting factor within the team, you independently manage - after an onboarding period - large projects and develop yourself towards a senior position.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Data Engineer / Data Analyst and ready for the step towards Business Analyst
• Strong technical background with Azure, SQL, and Python
• Demonstrable experience with data analysis and data modeling
• Result-oriented, analytical, and strong communicative skills in Dutch
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with writing user stories and requirements gathering
• Experience with complex systems and understanding business processes
