Position Title : Human Resources Intern
Location : The Netherlands
Internship Duration : Full-time for a minimum of 6 months.
The internship must be eligible for a university-company-student tripartite agreement .
Position Description :
SANY Netherlands is looking for a talented Human Resources Intern to join our team and support daily HR operations. The intern will have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of HR functions and gain valuable insights into HR practices within a multinational company. We are looking for candidates who are proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Support : Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling;
- Employee Management : Support onboarding and offboarding processes, and help maintain employee records and other administrative tasks;
- HR Data Management : Assist in preparing HR reports, analyzing employee data;
- Employee Relations & Internal Communication : Help foster positive employee relations, organize internal events, and support internal communication initiatives;
- Other Tasks : Complete other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;Proficient in Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills;Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and attention to detail;Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);Available to work full-time, five days a week, for at least 6 months.We Offer :
