HR Operations Intern, Benefits Admin
Are you passionate about employee benefits and HR Operations?
For our growing HR Operations team in Amsterdam, we’re looking for a Benefits Administrator Intern to support the coordination and management of our group benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and more in the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do :
- Be the main point of contact for employee queries
- Partner with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Support benefits processes such as enrollments, terminations, changes, data renewals as required
- Maintain benefits data, support data validation, and generate reports
- Ensure compliance and accurate reporting
- Provide exceptional support and clear communication with employees
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase articles and process documentation.
What We’re Looking For :
Required :
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience – you must be enrolled in a credited university for the duration of your internship (6 months)Excellent communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when working with dataAbility to work independently, handle confidential, sensitive data, and support multiple projectsPreferred :
HR or Benefits administration background preferredCommunication skills in German, French, Polish, Spanish, or DutchExperience with ExcelWhy Join Us?
