Your role

As a Customer Support Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their customers. You’ll provide support via phone and email, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with every interaction. Your role is key to maintaining our world-class service standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in Lithuanian and / or Polish and English
• Resolve questions efficiently and with a customer-first mindset
• Escalate complex cases to the right teams quickly
• Proactively identify ways to improve support processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay flexible and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
