The role is ideal for someone who blends technical rigour with emotional intelligence and thrives in a high-trust, high-impact culture.
Role Details :
The business is reshaping its quality department, bringing in a new leader to assess, realign, and elevate the team. You’ll take ownership of :
- Auditing and right-sizing the current team and structure
- Uplifting quality performance and embedding accountability
- Coaching and mentoring the next generation of quality talent
- Driving readiness across ISO 13485 / 11607 frameworks
- Engaging directly with pharma and medtech clients, often under pressure
