Job description

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Digital Content Creator to join a dynamic marketing team within a leading company in Europe. You’ll be the driving force behind producing engaging digital content and supporting online marketing campaigns across multiple countries. What You’ll Do :

  • Create eye-catching visual and written content—like photos for newsletters, the website, and stores; videos for social media and in-store screens; and engaging social posts—to strengthen the brand’s online presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms using management tools.
  • Create periodic newsletters tailored to different European markets.
  • Create periodic web and social media campaign analytic reports
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and reports to optimize results.
  • Setup local Awareness & Consideration campaigns to support the business
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to exchange effective strategies that increase social media interaction and help generate sales leads.
  • Support marketing events and internal communications through content creation and live streaming.
  • Maintain the company website

Requirements

  • A completed vocational or bachelor-level education in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, combined with several years of relevant work experience (around 2-3+ years).
  • Strong communicator in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in another European language is a plus.
  • Experience or strong interest in B2B marketing, including areas like event coordination, sales support, and marketing materials.
  • Confident working with social media platforms and familiar with tools for managing posts and tracking performance (., social scheduling tools and analytics dashboards).
  • Comfortable designing and sending newsletters and optimizing landing pages for user engagement.
  • Some hands-on experience with content management systems, especially for updating or maintaining websites (experience with Drupal is a bonus).
  • Skilled in tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing software.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • A team player who brings creativity, energy, and a proactive mindset.
