As a Program Manager, you will be the partner for the overall management of the cloud transformation program. You will oversee the migration of the client's on-premise data center to Azure cloud, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful execution of the program.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Program Leadership : Lead IT transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with design team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Resource Management : Manage resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Risk Management : Identify and address risks associated with IT transformation projects.
  • Performance Monitoring : Monitor and report on program performance to senior management.

Skills Required :

  • You have a minimum HBO work and thinking level
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in cloud migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and migration best practices.
  • Experience working in an agile organization
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with large-scale IT transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Insurance domain knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
