Project Manager DMC in Benelux

Location : The Netherlands ( Amsterdam )

Job Description :

We are looking for a Project Manager to work for MOSA Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Amsterdam.

The ideal candidate should be a dynamic person with experience in tourism project management and a strong ability to coordinate international teams and clients. Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory)Knowledge in additional languages, especially Italian and Portuguese, would be an asset.

Responsibilities :

Management of tourism projects in the Benelux region.

Coordination with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Planning and execution of customised itineraries for groups and individual clients.

Monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction.

Negotiating with suppliers and managing budgets.

Reporting results to management and proposing improvements to optimise the operation.

Requirements :

Immediate availability

Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager in the tourism industry, preferably in DMCs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of the Benelux market and / or previous experience in the region is a plus.

Experience in MICE ( plus ).
