Production Team Lead Opportunity

We are currently looking for a motivated team lead to help guide and manage our production processes in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Main Responsibilities :

Process Quality Management : Monitor process quality and ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
Production Flow Optimization : Identify and address irregularities in the production flow to maintain product quality.
Maintenance and Repair : Perform first-line maintenance on the entire production line to minimize downtime.
Training and Development : Train, mentor, and guide colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Process Improvement : Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency to drive business growth.
Meeting Production Goals : Meet production goals based on planning and KPIs to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Minimum MBO Level 3 Education or Equivalent Working and Thinking Level;

Experience in a Similar Role (Food Industry Experience is a Plus);

Solid Knowledge of HACCP, Hygiene, and Food Safety Standards;

Proactive, Results-Driven, Flexible, and Solution-Oriented Approach;

Fluency in Dutch and English;

Availability to Work Full-Time (40 Hours / Week), Including Two Shifts (05 : 30 - 14 : 30 and 14 : 30 - 23 : 30) and Occasional Saturdays.
