A leading international LED lighting manufacturer is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager at their European headquarters in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, distributors, specifiers, and influencers
- Develop and execute annual business plans for both new and existing accounts
- Maintain detailed customer data using CRM systems
- Understand lighting applications and how to deliver value to customers
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities
- Provide regular sales forecasts for assigned regions

Strong motivation to meet and exceed business goalsMinimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in LED industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency in English and German (French or other languages are a plus)Experience in architectural or signage lighting is a plusEducation in electrical engineering or electronics is a plusThis role requires a background checkWorking conditions
