Production Specialist

Operator Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our team in Breda. As an Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production process of our iconic Mentos candies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment and be familiar with machine operation and basic maintenance.

You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure our products reach customers around the world in perfect condition. You will receive thorough onboarding and guidance to help you settle in quickly and make a valuable contribution to our production process.

• Operate and monitor the packaging line to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
• Independently resolve minor malfunctions and collaborate with the technical team on more complex issues.
• Perform quality checks to identify any deviations and report them to maintain our high standards.
• Ensure the production line is continuously supplied with the right materials to prevent downtime.

We are located in Breda, a site that is easily accessible and close to the highway. Our production process starts in the preparation department and moves on to the packaging department. You will receive a thorough introduction, including an e-learning module on safety regulations.
