As a Logistics Operator, you’ll be essential to daily operations—handling incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and care. You’ll work with a reach truck and handheld scanner in a modern warehouse environment, helping prepare outbound goods and pick orders efficiently. Standard shifts run from approximately 07 : 30 to 16 : 30, though we do ask for some flexibility to occasionally start earlier or work slightly later. Of course, any extra hours are fully paid or compensated.

Your key tasks will include :

Picking orders and preparing shipments accurately and on time

Operating a forklift and / or reach truck for internal goods movement

Registering items and locations using a handheld scanner and WMS system

Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and safe

Being flexible with working hours when needed (no nights or weekends)

What we offer you :

A gross hourly wage of €16.08 (approx. €2,800 per month based on full-time hours)

Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre

Free renewal of forklift and reach truck certifications if expired

What we ask from you :

Experience operating both forklift and reach truck (valid certificates are a plus)

Familiarity with handheld scanners and WMS systems

Good command of either Dutch or English (both is a bonus)

Physical fitness and comfort with lifting and walking throughout the day

A structured, accurate approach with a flexible attitude toward working hours

You'll be joining an internationally recognised logistics service provider, working from their location in Rotterdam-Albrandswaard. This role is offered through a staffing agency. While a permanent contract cannot be guaranteed, long-term assignments are available for strong performers—making this a reliable and rewarding opportunity to build experience in a world-class operation.
