Are you the advisor on the Product Development team who will coach and guide the New Product Development teams? For our cliënt, we're looking for a PMO Officer who has proven experience as Program / Project / Product Manager. In this role, a PMO Officer will oversee and support multiple projects.

In this role, you're responsible for :

  • Actively engaging as a trusted 'advisor' to the Product Development Manager and their cross-sector Product Team.
  • Providing information and guidance to the PMO Project Officer regarding the status and advancement of the Product, as well as priorities.
  • Questioning the timelines and interdependencies of deliverables in collaboration with the Product Team and the PMO organization.
  • Transforming input from the PMO Project Officer into actionable steps at the Product Team level.
  • Preparing and facilitating progress reviews and key decision-making meetings, and proactively tracking commitments made during these meetings.
  • Ensuring the comprehensiveness of inputs from decision-makers in the product development process.
