Late and Night Receptionist

What are you going to do

At Novotel Amsterdam City you have the opportunity to be yourself because we believe that when you are the best version of yourself you can provide the best possible service to our guests. As our Front Office colleague you will be the first and last contact point for our guests. You ensure that their check-in or check-out runs smoothly and you assist them with all their questions or requests.

As our newest team member you will take care of the evening shifts which starts at 3.00 p.m. and ends at 11.00 p.m. The other week you will work from 11.00 p.m. till 7.00 a.m. So you can always combine the job together with your study! You wont work alone there will always be another team member with you.

Qualifications :

Who are we looking for

In this role you have a proactive attitude and you are always looking for ways to improve our services. You are very flexible and you are willing to work in a dynamic environment in both evening and night shifts. Besides you have :

strong verbal and written communication skills;

excellent knowledge of the English language and preferably also Dutch;

its a pre if you have experience as a Front Office employee and experience with Opera (Cloud) (this is not obligated but it will make us very happy!).
