Sales Manager – Netherlands - Heavy Plant & Earthmoving Machinery
A global manufacturer specialising in Heavy Plant are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across their earthmoving portfolio across the Netherlands.

Salary : up to €98,000 per year + bonus + benefits
The requirements of the Sales Manager will be :
- As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a prospective customer accounts within your territory
- Regularly visit customers in the designated region to identify new machine sales opportunities
- Support the Head of Sales in driving sales growth in the assigned area
- Build strong working relationships with customers to secure future business and ensure repeat sales.
- Stay updated on local market trends, industry standards, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the market
The ideal candidate for Sales Manager will have :
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industryExperience developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targetsStrong understanding of the construction equipment market, including trends, customer needs and competitor activityExperience in identifying sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and securing long-term business partnershipsExcellent organisational skills to manage customer calls, sales pipeline, and follow up actions efficientlyThe package includes :
