What are you going to do

As a Production Employee in Flowers & Plants, you will be working in a greenhouse where temperatures range from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius during summer and around 10 degrees Celsius in winter. The tasks are typically carried out while standing.

Your tasks :

  • Paste stickers
  • Preparing orders for shipment
  • Collect orders
  • Check flowers and plants
  • Sorting shipments
  • Perform quality checks
  • Assemble or wrap carts with foil
  • Cleaning work

The standard working days run from Monday to Friday, with hours extending from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

If you're passionate about your job and crave more hours, the peak season offers the opportunity to work from 7 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM, or on Saturdays from 7 : 00 AM to 12 : 15 PM. It's your choice!

The weekly working hours range from 40 to 45 hours.

  • Command of the English and / or Dutch language
  • Physically fit because you are moving all day
  • You are willing to work overtime and long days (9 hours)
  • Stability, independence, reliability and flexibility
  • Own transport is ideal as the company is difficult to reach by public transport

  • A salary of €14,06 gross per hour
  • An additional € gross per month if you also work Saturdays (from 7 : 00 AM to 12 : 15 PM)
