What can you expect

This is a dual role, working within both Le Camelia and Room Service, which share a team. Le Camelia offers a dynamic, energetic breakfast for our guests daily while Room Service delivers delicious meals 24-hours a day to rooms throughout the hotel. We also oversee the Panorama Executive Lounge, which is a peaceful retreat on our 22nd floor for Guests to relax and get small bites throughout the day.

As a Supervisor, supervising and coaching team members is a big part of your responsibilities. It is also your job to welcome our Guests in a professional and warm manner and help improve efficiency and service in the restaurant. Your main duties will be :

• Train and coach the team;
• Maintain intensive guest contact and building long-term connections with our regular guests;
• Operational tasks in the restaurant and Room Service, such as taking orders, serving guests, welcoming guests; arranging payments; floor checks; and cleaning up;
• Performing daily tasks related to Mise en Place within the restaurant;
• Following guidelines related to safety, health and safety, hygiene and HACC;
• Ensuring that the restaurant and RS areas are kept clean and presentable;
• Helping to execute plans and new initiatives related to efficiency, guest service or sustainability

Don't worry you will not work alone. Besides working in your own team, you will work closely with other departments in the hotel. Only by working together can we achieve the best results. There will be rotating shifts daily, throughout seven days a week. You will work 5 days a week, 7,6 hours a day with a variety of morning, afternoon, evening and late shifts; and are also available to work on public holidays. All overtime work is properly registered and compensated.
