CNC Operator and Programmer I Production of industrial brushes

The company specializes in the production of industrial brushes, utilizing advanced CNC machinery, including Mazak machines equipped with Mazatrol Smooth G control systems. The work environment is professional, well-organized, and dedicated to custom projects — from single units to medium-sized production series.

Your role as a CNC Operator and Programmer :

• Programming Mazak CNC machines. Experience in Mazatrol Smooth G is advantageous.
• Set up, clamp and mill components based on technical drawings.
• Perform deburring and precision quality checks (tolerances of less than 0.1 mm).
• Adjust machining parameters according to material characteristics.
• Collaborate with the work preparation team to enhance process efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Work on custom parts ranging from single units to small- and medium-sized production runs.
