You are responsible for managing the project portfolio of the Domain Owner, a Business Manager. You involve stakeholders, challenge the Product Owner to produce clear and smart epics and user stories that comply to enterprise architecture, information policy and security of Exact. You work closely with the Product owner and the Key Users of the domain to coordinate what the possibilities are, how to improve and what must be the priority of those improvements. In this role you will add value for the responsible domain but also act in the interest of the IT department. In this specific case we are looking for someone with knowledge of and experience in data structure within a complex application landscape with many integrations. Within the role of IT Business Partner, you can also act as a project manager, architect or team lead.

- Be a sparring partner in the domain and make sure that the translation of business requirements into projects / demands and user stories are lean, timely efficient, and effective. Knowing that we will not do customizations and use only out-of-the-box applications.
- Contribute to the Corp-IT application architecture together with the security and privacy officers, so that there is an integrated picture of how the solutions within Corp-IT should be implemented.
- Ensure that aspects of the data architecture are communicated and managed effectively
- Work with the IT Applications Team to ensure that the right functionality will be implemented, which contribute to the required change and desired situation.
- Monitor progress and implementation of demands
- Manage projects and portfolio in the domain
- Relation and Stakeholder Management with business, information management and provision
- Test and challenge every demand and come to the essentials and validity of its business case
- Make sure that the Product Owner is kept up to date ad that you are aligned
