As a  Business Developer for Analytics  at NielsenIQ you will be responsible for expanding our portfolio of analytics solutions to clients across the BNL region and therefore driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive client-focused professional who can identify opportunities build strong relationships and deliver impactful solutions that meet business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts contribute to RFP responses and proposal development.
  • Lead client meetings deliver compelling pitches and present insights that showcase the value of our analytics solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Understand their needs challenges and business goals and recommend the most relevant solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of NielsenIQs SA&I offering and effectively position them against competitor solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Manage an active sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress forecasting and sales performance
  • Cross and upsell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Achieve high client retention and satisfaction scores.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in market research in FMCG agency or client side.
  • Selling experience related to market research marketing brand management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.
  • Strong communicator and ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Proactive results-driven and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
