You can work from home 2 days a week, but training will be 100% at the office.

In this role, you will focus on keeping customers happy and loyal, while also supporting general marketing tasks.The team works closely together, with each person responsible for a specific area of marketing. Customer Retention

• Create and manage email campaigns for customers (like newsletters and updates).
• Support the sales team with marketing tools that help build strong customer relationships.
• Set up and review NPS (customer feedback) surveys.
• Build automated marketing campaigns focused on keeping customers.
• Make content like case studies, infographics, videos, blog posts, and customer journey materials.
• Organize events such as webinars and in-person meetings with customers.
• Track marketing budgets and make sure spending is on target.
• Share results and data on marketing performance with the team.
• Work with external partners (e.g. design, marketing agencies) when needed.
