Finance Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our team. This role is not only responsible for the full spectrum of finance operations but also plays a crucial role as a business partner to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

The Finance Manager will also oversee the financial management of our local RDC operations and inventory control , ensuring alignment between finance, supply chain, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic business partner to the local management team, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Assist and work with HQ 1.the month-end closing process, 2.financial reporting, 3. forecasting, and 4. budgeting activities in accordance with corporate policies.
• Manage and monitor the financial performance of the RDC , including stock reconciliation, inventory valuation, and inventory loss analysis.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain and warehouse operations teams to optimize inventory turnover and working capital.
• Support and liaise with local customs and relevant EU customs authorities to ensure smooth and compliant clearance processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support pricing, commercial deals, and new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and internal control requirements.
• Support ad hoc projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and operational reviews.
