The role :

In this pivotal position, you’ll play a crucial role in linking high-caliber professionals with the industry’s most innovative companies across Med-Tech, BioTech, AI, and Medical Devices . You’ll own the entire recruitment process, building relationships and mastering the market to make strategic, high-impact placements.

What you’ll do :

  • Drive business development : lead in mapping out high-value markets, identifying potential partners, and creating strong alliances within Life Sciences.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle : oversee the end-to-end recruitment journey, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and beyond.
  • Own the brand : as an entrepreneurial leader within Panda, you’ll develop a recognized personal brand in your niche, embodying trust and expertise.
  • Shape partnerships : act as a trusted advisor, strategizing with clients and candidates to anticipate their needs and provide tailored solutions.

    • What we’re looking for :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Languages : fluency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus. Not a must.
  • Skills : strong commercial acumen, powerful communication, and the inner will to be the owner of your own success.
