Job Title : SAP S / 4HANA PS Consultant

Location : Eindhoven, Netherlands

Work Model : Full-time | Onsite

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to join our dynamic team as part of a high-impact Agile Release Train (ART). In this role, you will contribute to delivering SAP S / 4HANA PS solutions within a complex enterprise landscape, supporting end-to-end implementation and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PS solutions.
  • Design and document solution architecture and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery within the ART framework.
  • Coordinate and support various testing phases : unit, integration, regression, and test automation.
  • Provide operational support during hypercare and act as a liaison between business and IT.
  • Ensure adherence to change management, architecture, and security standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP PS implementation experience.
  • At least 4 full-cycle SAP PS implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with S / 4HANA and latest SAP ECC EHP versions.
  • Expertise in SAP PS reporting structures, EPPM, CATS, and DMS.
  • Familiarity with data migration, ABAP enhancements, Smart Forms, and custom reports.
  • Strong documentation skills for functional designs and test cases.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective SAP solutions.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • SAP S / 4HANA PS Certified
  • Experience in Utilities or Manufacturing industry (a plus)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to lead or coach junior team members
