Are you the go-to person who ensures as a People Specialist that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment? Then this is the vacancy you are looking for!

As a People Specialist, you’ll work closely with colleagues from People & Culture, payroll, and recruitment. You’ll ensure all HR processes run smoothly and spot opportunities for improvement. Your tasks will include :

• Processing onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding in the HR system (Workday);
• Preparing and managing employment contracts and addenda;
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees;
• Contributing ideas for process improvement and streamlining administrative workflows;
• Supporting onboarding activities and internal HR projects.
