Pacific International has been retained by a global leader in high-power connectivity solutions serving industrial, transportation, and power distribution markets. This organization is known for its durable, high-performance electrical connectors and components, used in mission-critical applications worldwide.

They are looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer to join their international Customer Experience team in The Netherlands. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between the business and its customers—supporting application guidance, resolving product and tooling issues, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot product, tooling, and application issues via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Provide pre-sales support and product recommendations based on technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to address customer inquiries and compliance questions.
  • Use CRM systems and HubSpot to track and manage technical inquiries.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer applications and specifications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer and team feedback.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years in technical support, applications engineering, or field service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages (German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in electrical or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • CRM and ticketing system proficiency
