The Account Manager is responsible for successful strategic development of a client or a group of clients. Responsible for relationship alignment and network penetration. Acts as client advocate and strongly influences both internal and external decision makers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions. Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter.
- Strong knowledge and experience in third-party logistics (3PL) and B2B operations.
- Strong knowledge and experience in E-commerce logistics.
- Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network.
- Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis.
- Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally.
- Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin / destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.
- Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.
- Participates in and manages quoting process.
- Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business.
- Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational.
- Drives cross selling opportunities
- Defines / documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally.
- Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP.
- Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature.
- Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections
- Maintain AR below percentage in accordance with company goal.
- Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business.
- Other duties as assigned.
