Hi there, my name is Tom Reinartz and I am a UX designer at Maxxton. I have been working for Maxxton for four years and I have loved every minute of it. Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team and help take our SaaS solution to a new level of user experience.

You are able to evaluate and analyse complex information like no other, and you have a natural desire to help users understand things that are hard to comprehend.

If you are passionate about designing a best-in-class software platform that solves complex questions that matter and amaze users with simplicity and ease of use, this job is for you.

As a Product Designer, you are expected to own the design work in one or more product streams and work hands-on to ensure a clean, minimal, and engaging user experience on our platform.

About you :

• You are in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant technical field
• You have 2+ years of experience in the industry as an influential Product Designer
• You have a proven ability to learn and understand complex topics quickly
• You communicate clearly and openly with your peers
• You have a penchant for data and can utilise analytics tools to understand how your designs affect people at scale
