Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, responsible for managing relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with operations, customer service, and commercial teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings.
Operational Coordination
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics operations to ensure service levels are met.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and proactively address any service issues.Support the implementation of new contracts and change management initiatives.Commercial Development
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Prepare and present proposals for service enhancements or expansions.Support contract renewals and pricing negotiations.Reporting & Analysis
Analyze account performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.Ensure accurate billing and contract compliance.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in account management within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.Strong understanding of warehousing operations and contract logistics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).Analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach.
