An international leading AI-driven travel platform for businesses is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations & Automation Engineer to join its team.
The company was founded in 2017 in Rotterdam , the Netherlands, their product is a flexible and automated platform for online booking of sea and business trips.
The team aims to make the complex process of booking, changing, and canceling sea voyages and business trips quick and easy. They already have thousands of users around the globe and they are still actively growing, reaching new clients and adding new business features.
You are offered a hybrid work format in Rotterdam .
The position is only available for the candidates based in the Netherlands.
Your future tasks :
- Owning the RevOps tech stack : HubSpot, GTM, marketing automation, integrations
- Leading data enrichment, validation, and deduplication
- Automating lead-to-opportunity flows, sales SLAs, and tool integrations
- Standing up operational dashboards in HubSpot
- Implementing event tracking and basic web analytics tags (GA4, Amplitude) to capture funnel interactions needed for scoring and enrichment
- Ensuring attribution and engagement data flow cleanly into HubSpot for unified visibility
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS / tech companyDeep HubSpot expertise : custom objects, lead & account scoring, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and admin–level configurationStrong experience with HubSpot data architecture and enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Clay)Familiarity with web analytics setup (GTM, GA4) and marketing attributionEnglish C1+Will be an advantage :
