The Role
As Managing Director you will be at the helm of REBLLs strategic financial and operational leadership. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our direction leading a talented team and driving international growth as we scale. You will be the face of REBLL to external partners while ensuring excellence in internal operations compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute REBLLs business strategy aligned with our mission and market positioning
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to keep the company innovative and competitive
- Represent REBLL externally with key stakeholders partners and clients
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations across all departments ensuring smooth efficient and compliant executionLead financial planning forecasting and reportingUphold internal governance compliance (incl. data protection) and risk management frameworksPeople & Culture
Lead and support senior leadership including Heads of Sales Marketing and HRCultivate a highperformance accountable and collaborative team environmentDrive structured talent development and performance managementGrowth & Partnerships
Identify new commercial opportunities and growth markets for REBLLs affiliate networkMaintain and build strong relationships with key clients suppliers and business partnersChampion initiatives that expand REBLLs global reach and network strengthAuthority & Accountability
Legally represent REBLL Network B.V. in all commercial legal and strategic matters as defined in the Articles of AssociationEnter into agreements and financial commitments within boardapproved thresholdsProvide regular strategic financial and operational updates to the Board of DirectorsYour Profile :
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related fieldProven track record in senior leadershipideally within affiliate marketing digital media or a techdriven commercial environmentSkills & Competencies
Strategic thinker with handson execution skills especially in a scaleup contextStrong financial acumen and operational leadershipExcellent communicator able to navigate international multicultural teams with easeFluent in English; Dutch is a plusFamiliar with Dutch corporate governance and global business dynamicsWhat We Offer
