Your Responsibilities :

  • Identify the technological and IT challenges of your target environment,
  • Grasp the broader issues faced by your customers and prospects, identify their needs, and design tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and new clients.
  • Recruit, coach, and support your team of IT consultants — making sure they’re happy, challenged, and thriving.
  • Oversee complex project deployments and ensure top-notch delivery.
  • Manage your own profit center, with full responsibility for its performance, growth, and culture.

Your Ideal Professional Background :

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or IT)
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT Recruitment .
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
