Identify business opportunities based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
Develop solutions that improve customer productivity and process efficiency, such as proactive monitoring, customer insights, workflow support and automation support.
Define solution requirements for end-to-end digital services in collaboration with Service Architects, Service Marketing, and Product Architects.
Provide technical responses and recommendations based on Service Marketing requirements and Voice of Customer research.
Collaborate with R&D’s product development groups to ensure alignment and standardization of solutions.
Qualifications :
Familiarity with customer applications and industries, preferably in semiconductor or life sciences.
Strong understanding of data technologies and large data concepts.
Experience with data exploration, analysis, and process control.
Knowledge of electron microscopes and practical experience with them is highly desirable.
Understanding of cloud concepts, web-based applications, and microservices.
Knowledge of Statistic Process Control is a preference.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience in agile / SAFe development teams and DevOps practices.
Less than 10% travel required.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and experience working in international teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
