Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.Leadership & Team Development :
Create an inclusive working environment fostering a customer-centric mindsetLead and develop a high-performing teamRecruit, train, and onboard new team membersDrive product knowledge and selling culture excellenceProvide inspirational leadership to achieve sales and profitability targets2.Business & Client Development :

Manage store staffing schedules and optimize productivityMonitor and control operational costs and shrinkageAnalyze performance data and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with regional management on strategic initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresExperience, Skills & Knowledge
