Responsibilities
E ERP Migration Leadership :
Lead and manage the migration of our EMEA ERP system from Oracle to SAP, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
PProject Management :
Plan, execute and oversee all aspects of the ERP migration project, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management and stakeholder communication
PProcess Alignment & Optimization : Ensure all supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, logistics, transportation, customer service, ...) are effectively aligned with the new ERP system. Identify opportunities for process improvement during and after the migration
SStakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams within the supply chain, IT and customer service departments, to ensure successful ERP implementation and full operational integration
SSystem Testing & Validation :
Oversee system testing and validation to ensure the new SAP system meets business requirements and that any issues are resolved promptly
TTraining & Support :
Provide training and ongoing support to relevant team members to ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP system. Assist in developing documentation and training materials
Qualifications & Skills
PProject Management Expertise : Proven experience in leading large-scale projects, preferably ERP migrations, within a manufacturing or industrial setting
SSupply Chain Knowledge : Strong foundation in supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, logistics, transportation and customer service
EERP Expertise : Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, specifically Oracle and SAP. Understanding of the intricacies of migrating between systems is highly desirable
CCross-Functional Collaboration : Strong ability to work cross-functionally, fostering collaboration across various departments whilst embracing change
AAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills :
Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions during the ERP migration process
CCommunication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
EExperience working in an industrial, manufacturing or supply chain-focused organization
PPrevious experience in an acquisition environment with a transition into new IT platforms
