Freelance Organizational Consultant – Management Assistance and Support

Role Overview
As a Freelance Organizational Consultant, you will design and implement an organizational model for management assistance and support functions. Your work will focus on standardizing job descriptions, defining clear task packages, and establishing a streamlined management structure to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and propose an organizational structure for management assistance and support.
- Create and standardize job descriptions and task packages for relevant roles.
- Define clear management and reporting lines for support staff.
- Establish processes for task substitution and workload sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including management, Works Council, and employees to ensure alignment.
- Prepare project documentation such as implementation plans and decision-making proposals.
- Facilitate participatory processes to gather input and foster buy-in.
- Provide recommendations for organizing tasks related to invoicing and administrative processes.
Requirements
HBO or university degree in Business Organization, HRM, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development or change management within (semi-)public organizations.Proven track record in designing support functions, drafting job descriptions, and managing implementation projects.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently, deliver practical solutions, and meet deadlines.Flexible availability for 8 to 16 hours per week during the project period.
