Job Description
Our client is looking for a commercially sharp, industry-experienced, and product-savvy Sourcing & Sales Manager to join their headquarters in central Amsterdam.
This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, working closely with senior leadership to support the company’s evolving growth plans. The business is scaling fast, and they’re looking for someone who can operate at pace, take ownership, and drive both sourcing and commercial initiatives forward.
The role offers international exposure, a high level of autonomy, and the chance to shape and build the sourcing function from the ground up.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the global sourcing strategy by identifying, negotiating, and securing payment hardware and accessories, both new and refurbished
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, resellers, and other supply partners
- Manage the full sourcing process from discovery and deal negotiation to coordinating deliveries to their warehouse in North America
- Track market trends, identify stock opportunities, and source hard-to-find products creatively and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals and support commercial handovers
- Improve internal tools, reporting, and sourcing workflows
- Operate across time zones with a flexible and hands-on approach
Requirements
Experience in sourcing and / or commercial roles within the payments hardware or related technology sectorStrong commercial instincts and a proven track record in negotiating high-volume dealsUnderstanding of the industry landscape and ability to bring relevant connectionsProactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionallyComfortable with internal systems and reporting toolsClear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbalBased in Amsterdam and open to working in a fast-paced, international environmentThis is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial setting.
