European Service Support Team Leader – X-Ray
Are you a technical expert in X-ray looking to lead a motivated, experienced team? In this role, you will guide the European Service Support Specialists working in the X-ray domain and provide hands-on support for installations, training, and complex issue resolution. You will be at the core of technical knowledge transfer, product introductions, and continuous service improvement across Europe. Alongside your technical responsibilities, you'll help foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment while driving projects and supporting strategic initiatives together with the Business Unit and Group Companies.
What will you do?
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the European Service Support Specialists team.
- Support installations and knowledge transfer related to new and existing Canon X-ray products.
- Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams and Group Companies.
- Supervise the technical introduction of new products and coordinate related service planning.
- Offer practical and remote service support to Group Companies and partners across Europe.
- Lead or contribute to cost-reduction and process improvement projects.
- Monitor and report on technical field trends, escalating issues where needed.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and technical records.
- Ensure continuous improvement of technical training materials and service approaches.
- Collaborate closely with CMSC, TSG, BU, and partner networks on service-related topics.
- Participate in European task forces and support strategic service initiatives.
What do you bring?
Bachelor-level education in a technical field.10+ years of experience as a Senior Service Support Specialist or team lead in XR equipment.Strong understanding of service processes and X-ray technical support.Experienced in providing X-ray technical Trainings.Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical issues under pressure.Experience with Canon X-ray is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Dutch is a plus).Willingness to travel across Europe.Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.What do we offer?
