Our client, a leading organization in the Life Sciences industry, is looking for a Clinical Trial Data Analyst to strengthen their clinical operations team. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing how clinical trials are designed, planned, and monitored, ensuring each study is strategically positioned for success using a data-driven approach. You will collaborate closely with study teams to turn complex datasets into actionable insights that guide location targeting, patient recruitment, and site performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide analytical expertise to support trial planning, with a strong focus on location strategy and patient population targeting.
  • Develop and maintain tools, models, and databases that facilitate the interpretation of large-scale data relevant to trial feasibility and operational performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate data outputs into practical insights for clinical teams.
  • Conduct analyses using real-world data sources such as EHR and medical claims to support decision-making in study design and site selection.
  • Apply advanced modeling techniques, including probabilistic simulations, to evaluate potential trial outcomes.
  • Present findings clearly using high-impact visuals and summaries tailored to clinical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leverage internal and external clinical data platforms to support performance analytics and study optimization.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience also considered).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical trial analytics or operations, ideally within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
  • Proven track record in feasibility studies, site selection analytics, and performance monitoring in clinical trials.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, aggregation, and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for modeling and data visualization; confident presenter with PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with real-world healthcare data (EHR, claims) and clinical trial databases such as Citeline is a plus.
  • Experience in using simulation techniques such as Monte Carlo to assess multivariable outcomes.
