Role Overview

As an R&D Intern, you will work closely with our expert flavourists and beverage application specialists in our state-of-the-art laboratory. You’ll play a key role in developing cutting-edge beverage concepts and gain exposure to real-world applications that bridge creativity and science.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development :

Assist in the creation of new beverage concepts, contributing to innovative product solutions.

Collaborate on the development and testing of beverage recipes, conducting experiments and refining formulations.

Perform laboratory testing, maintain proper documentation, prepare samples, and analyse results.

Operate and ensure proper upkeep of laboratory equipment while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Partner with teams in Sales, R&D, and Quality Control to ensure the commercial and technical viability of products.

Uphold food safety, sanitation regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, especially the beverage sector.

Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and lab equipment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
