SAP Enterprise Architect

About the Company

A leading consulting organization in the Netherlands is looking for an experienced Senior SAP Enterprise Architect to join their SAP advisory practice. In this role, you will act as the strategic link between business goals and IT infrastructure, helping mid-sized and large enterprises navigate complex digital transformations with a focus on SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud.

What Will You Do?

Strategic Advisory & Architecture Design :

Define and align enterprise architecture strategy with business objectives. Design scalable, future-ready SAP landscapes and guide clients through digital transformation initiatives.

SAP Implementation Leadership :

Lead full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud implementations and integrations, ensuring alignment with business processes in finance, logistics, purchasing, and supply chain.

Innovation & Technology Enablement :

Identify opportunities for innovation using emerging SAP technologies. Stay ahead of industry trends, advising clients on long-term IT infrastructure and software investments.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Engage with business owners, IT teams, and external partners to ensure architectural alignment and successful delivery. Build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels.

Knowledge Sharing & Capability Building :

Support internal capability growth by mentoring junior consultants, contributing to thought leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What Do You Bring?

• 10+ years of SAP technology experience (S / 4HANA, Finance, Logistics, Procurement)
• Track record of designing and implementing complex SAP architectures
• Experience in mid-market environments, ideally across FMCG, Energy, Utilities, or Manufacturing
• Fluent English and Dutch
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
