As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work independently and hands-on with our nano-precision EBPG systems. Your responsibilities include :
- Managing and reporting on customer cases, including periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs
- Installing new systems and training customers
- Collaborating closely with production and engineering departments
- Traveling regionally and internationally
- Preparing tasks and providing support when not traveling
