Responsibilities

As our Human Resources Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all HR matters and play a crucial role in building and optimizing our HR processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Office, your responsibilities will include :

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires;
• Support and help automate payroll processes, working towards a more efficient and scalable system;
• Develop and implement a new personnel handbook, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law;
• Establish a salary house, assessment system, and benchmarking structure to align with industry standards;
• Manage employee evaluations and performance reviews;
• Handle all employee concerns;
• Drive initiatives to digitize and streamline HR procedures;
• Support international hires with visa processes and ensure full compliance with Dutch labor laws;
• Reporting directly to the headquarters in South-Korea;
• Other duties may be assigned according to ad hoc needs
