We are looking for an experienced consultant and recruitment professional to join our team in the Netherlands. You will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our clients, ensuring our consultants are well-supported, and providing HR expertise for both the Netherlands and Belgium. You will collaborate closely with our Head of HR in Sweden and our COO and contribute to the development and success of our HR and recruitment functions in Benelux.

Your tasks

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles based on client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
  • Support and take care of consultants in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance in accordance with Dutch and Belgian labor laws and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR in Sweden to align HR strategies and policies across regions.
  • Implement set HR processes related to onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.

Your background

We are looking for someone that has :

  • Solid experience in recruitment and consultant management, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR regulations and labor laws in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Experience in hiring for various roles across multiple industries.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Experience within brand activation och Creative (events)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

    • Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and consultant advisory roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international HR team.
