Job Description

We’re currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who is available to work 3 to 5 days a week on an on-call basis (0-hour contract).

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead the housekeeping team and ensure our rooms and public areas are always spotless and welcoming. You’ll work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and play an active role in daily operations.

Your main responsibilities include;

Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team on a daily basis;
Preparing schedules based on forecasted occupancy;
Inspecting guest rooms, linen, stock, and housekeeping equipment;
Assisting with special cleaning tasks and preparing VIP rooms;
Reporting maintenance issues and following up repairs;
Handling “Lost and Found” items professionally;
Supporting process improvements and keeping clear communication with the Housekeeping Manager.

Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction;

Strong verbal communication skills;

Likes having fun at work;

Supervisory experience in a similar position is beneficial;

Communicates well in Dutch and / or English.
