What will you be doing?

Greet guests and provide a smooth, friendly arrival experience

Assist with concierge services : restaurant bookings, transportation, local tips, helping guest with luggage, supporting group arrivals.

Assist with Guest Relations duties : preparing VIP list and amenities for the VIP rooms, assisting guests in the lobby, arranging special occasions.

Respond to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Support Front Office with daily operations and guest communications

Keep lobby and public spaces welcoming and orderly"

Are you the perfect match?

Currently studying Hospitality or Tourism (MBO / HBO level)

Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus

Warm, proactive, and service-oriented personality

Available for 6 months, full-time

EU passport or valid NL work / study permit
