For our client, a company in FMCG , we are looking for a PM Innovation & Operations Specialist, based in Rotterdam.

In the role as IM Success Leader you will be working together with a core team to broaden the TVB portfolio across multiple large customer accounts across the globe. As the plant-based revolution is happening at an exponential pace, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Innovation and Manufacturing (I&M) Success Leader that will use creativity and his / her drive to make this food revolution happening.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR ‘CHOP’ TO BE DONE :
I. Project Management
Represent SC, using input to make assumptions for costing required by customer and brand teams for deal making and portfolio expansion across countries. Aligns assumptions and inputs with broader teams and senior stakeholders.Supports category organization in Make or Buy studies; including participation in the scoping and selection of new 3PMLead team members to ensure all SC aspects are delivered during different project stages (sourcing / procurement / capabilities / capacity / investment / ...).Responsible for on-time delivery of the SC aspects (E2E) within the innovation process until launch / post launch evaluation.Ensure effective communication with peers & stakeholders in Marketing (BU / BG), Customer Development (CD), Research & Development (R&D), Planning, Procurement, Quality Assurance (QA), Factories, 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM) organization.Support Risk Assessments (Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) & Supply Chain Risk Assessment) for critical projects at each project stage.II. Portfolio & CM Management
Ensuring a strong professional relation with your CM & Unilever.Monitors and reports KPIs and provide data aggregation / analysis to maintain a progress report of the CM.Connect with CM planning, Quality, R&D, Procurement and Finance teams to manage service, Quality and Cost delivery of the CM.Identify synergies between all channels, Foodservice, global partnerships,III. Change Management
Drive continuous improvement on the way-of-working (WoW) within the team and CMDeveloping and implementing process and design governance to cover white spots in the network.Managing new CM capabilities into our network; as well as exit plans where appropriateKEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS 'CHOP' :
