Job Title : SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Location : Amsterdam, Netherlands

Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to support the migration of employees to SuccessFactors and assist in the creation of a proof of concept (POC) for new HR processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth data replication and seamless interface integration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and modify ABAP programs related to HR and SuccessFactors.
  • Resolve employee and organizational data replication issues between SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
  • Analyze and implement BADI (Business Add-In) for SuccessFactors data replication.
  • Create and update SOAP services for system integration.
  • Implement encryption and security measures for data interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HR production issues.
  • Participate in design, testing, and deployment of new HR system functionalities.

Essential Skills :

  • Strong expertise in SAP ABAP for non-HANA environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors data replication (employee master and org data).
  • Deep understanding of BADI implementations in HR and SuccessFactors integration.
  • Experience in creating / modifying SOAP web services.
  • Knowledge of interface data encryption and security note implementation .
  • Ability to work onsite in Amsterdam full-time.

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Prior experience handling SAP HR production support issues.
  • Awareness of SAP security protocols and system integration challenges.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes and workflows within SAP and SuccessFactors.
