On behalf of a dynamic multinational (oil / gas, on / offshore, energy, tech, logistics, services) we are looking for an enthusiastic

Legal Counsel NL / International

Allround; region : South-Holland (NL)

Some high lights :

• International commercial contracts and negotiations, tenders, risk management, compliance, insurance, claims, litigation, corporate, legal frame work;
• Master’s degree in Law;
• Ca. 5+ years’ experience as Legal Counsel, of which preferably some years in international setting;
• Fluent in English verbal and written, knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
• Being part of a professional, compact legal team;
• An independent position, a lot of space to act, sparring in team, interacting with the business in an international setting;
• The opportunity to further develop yourself and grow in your role;
• Competetive employment conditions;
• Preferably you live already in the Netherlands, you must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
